I had the honor and pleasure of training at Le Cordon Bleu in London. It was a remarkable experience. I received a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts and went on to lead my own cooking classes. From there, I became a health coach at IIN, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
It was while I was pursuing my health coach certificate that I came up with the idea for my own chocolate brand. I knew I wanted to create something both healthy and tasty, and I knew I wanted it to be vegan.
After my 3rd child was born, I completely revamped my diet. Not only did I remove gluten and refined sugar, but I also became an exclusively plant-based eater.
My new vegan lifestyle was life-changing. I looked better, I felt better, and I had more energy than ever before.
The power of a plant-based diet is so profound that I want to share it with the world—via chocolate! My plant-based, vegan chocolate is delicious, inspired, and won’t weigh you down the way traditional, dairy-filled chocolate will.
